Cut Doctor ranks possible causes using structured troubleshooting rules and, on paid plans, AI analysis of photos. Rankings are suggestions to check, not confirmed findings. Photo analysis cannot measure air pressure, moisture, electrical faults, or material properties.

Never bypass guards, interlocks, or lockout/tagout. Electrical inspection and repair must be performed by qualified personnel.

Manufacturer and product names identify equipment only. Dry Air Systems is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of the listed manufacturers unless stated. Cut Doctor does not host or republish manufacturer manuals.

Privacy

We store your account details, the equipment you register, diagnostic cases, photos you upload, and maintenance records so the app can work. Shop data is isolated — other organizations cannot see it.

Photos and case details are sent to our AI provider only when you request AI analysis on a paid plan. We do not use your private diagnostic content to train models without your explicit consent.

Serial numbers are private to your organization. You can export your data or delete your account from Settings. Marketing email is opt-in and separate from diagnostic records.
